On the 6th of May in Ghent author Lieven Strobbe introduced Tonal Tools to teachers involved in Musi’X, a pilot project of the Flemish Part-time Music Education (DKO).

From January to March 2014 no less than 24 piano teachers attended 5 introductory workshops to Tonal Tools at the Mechelen Conservatory. Sessions led by Ewald Demeyere (baroque music), Tobias Cramm (classical music), Anthony Romaniuk (romantic music), Jeroen Malaise (jazz and pop), Lieven Strobbe (didactic approaches for beginner, intermediate and advanced level).

In October 2013 Lieven Strobbe and Hans Van Regenmortel contributed to a new publication on music education, edited by Thomas De Baets (Luca School of Arts Leuven) and Luc Nijs (Ghent University).
